Color Lab · last updated 9 September 2026 · also available in Turkish

Color Lab is a puzzle game. It has no accounts, no profiles, no messaging and nothing to sign up for. This page lists everything it stores, without exception.

The short version. The game keeps your progress. It reports anonymous play statistics and crash reports so the levels can be fixed. It shows ads that are never personalised. It never asks for your name, your email, your contacts, your location or your photos, and it never asks permission to track you.

What is stored

WhatWhyWhere it goes
Your progress — levels finished, stars, gold, boosters, the colours you have discovered So the game remembers where you were On your device, and in Google Firebase so it survives a reinstall
An anonymous account number It is the only thing that connects a saved game to the phone that made it. It is generated by the app; it is not derived from you or your device. Google Firebase Authentication
Play statistics — which level was reached, how long a board took, whether a hint was used To find levels that are too hard, broken or boring Google Firebase Analytics, not linked to who you are
Crash and performance reports To fix crashes Google Firebase, not linked to who you are
Settings — sound, music, reduced motion, colour-support symbols, language So the game stays how you set it Your device only

What is never collected

Your name, email address, phone number, contacts, calendar, photos, microphone, camera, precise or approximate location, health data, payment details, or the contents of any other app. The game asks for none of these permissions, so it could not collect them even by mistake.

Advertising

Ads come from Google AdMob and are always non-personalised: they are chosen by the context of the app, not by anything about you. The app declares itself as directed to an audience that includes children, which switches on Google's child-directed and under-age-of-consent treatment for every request and limits ad content to a G rating.

The app never requests an advertising identifier and shows no App Tracking Transparency prompt, because it does not track. Where local law requires a consent choice, it is asked through Google's consent flow before any ad is requested; if that flow cannot be completed, no ad is requested at all.

Ads are optional. They are offered in exchange for something — a hint, a refill, some gold — and are not shown to interrupt a puzzle.

Children

Color Lab is suitable for children and is treated as child-directed. It contains no purchases, no chat, no user-generated content, no social features and no links out of the game except this policy. If you are a parent or guardian and want the saved game removed, the section below applies without any need to prove who you are — there is nothing identifying to prove.

Deleting your data

Everything on the device is removed when you uninstall the app.

The cloud save is one record, held under the anonymous account number described above. To have it deleted, email dostobot01@gmail.com from any address. If you can still open the app, include the account number shown at the bottom of the Settings screen; if you cannot, say so, and the record will be removed by the date the request reaches us plus thirty days at the latest.

Who else sees it

Google, as the provider of Firebase and AdMob, processes the data described above on our behalf. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone else. Google's own handling is described at policies.google.com/privacy.

Where it is held

On Google's servers. Progress records are kept while the game is installed and for as long as the account number remains in use; analytics and crash reports are kept for the retention period configured in Firebase, after which Google deletes them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects what is collected will also be announced in the app's store listing notes.
